sPresso is provided under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula), completed by these terms.

Information in the app

Prices, WiFi speeds and ratings come from people using sPresso and from Apple Maps. They can be out of date or wrong; sPresso does not guarantee them.

What you add

Add only what you saw yourself. By adding a price, a measurement, a rating, a café or photos, you let sPresso show them to everyone in the app and on spresso.app. sPresso may remove content that is false, offensive or not yours.

My café subscription

The My café subscription costs 9.99 USD a month (or the local equivalent shown in the App Store), is billed by Apple to your Apple Account and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. It lets the owner of a café run that café's official listing while it is active. Claiming a café you do not run is not allowed: after a report, sPresso may remove the listing.
